Enviro Fasteners are special coated fasteners developed in Austenitic
Stainless Steel grade to satisfy the need for corrosion resistance Austenitic
Stainless Steel fasteners which has no effects on highly corrosive acids and sea
water.
APPLICATION:
In view of the high corrosion problems on conventional
fasteners like Stainless Steel and Steel Fasteners the Enviro Fasteners can
withstand various grades and concentrations of Sulphuric acid and sea water.
Wherever Sulphuric acid is used and in the figments of petroleum pipeline under
sea water, these Enviro Fasteners can be used without corrosion for many years,
there by cost of maintenance can be reduced and durability of assembly
increases.
TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES:

Enviro coating is
1-Micron max thickness.
2.
The lubricating properties of Enviro Coated Fasteners will assist
assembling and prevent galling of the threads
3.
Enviro Fasteners are easily assembled and disassembled with conventional
tools. Welding torches and other spark creating cutting methods are eliminated.
So fastening with Enviro Fasteners is therefore safer in inflammable
environments.
4.
Mechanical properties in comparison with conventional Austenitic grade
fasteners are maintained in Enviro fasteners.
5.
Enviro coating does not affect the guage quality.
